NTC announces revised bus fares

Minimum bus fare which was at Rs.14 will be increased to Rs. 17

The National Transport Commission (NTC) yesterday issued the revised bus fares which will come into effect from January 5.  Accordingly, the minimum bus fare which was at Rs.14 will be increased to Rs. 17 with a percentage of 17.44, the Minister said.   On December 29, 2021, the decision on increasing the bus fares was taken following a discussion at the 
transport ministry.
