Murder in Pallepola

A young man from Polwatta in Pallepola had been clubbed to death, allegedly by his brother, during a brawl over a family dispute. The victim, 27-year-old Sanath Jayasinhe, was a resident of Selagama in Polwatta. He had been clubbed to death in his brother’s house.  

The suspect’s elder brother was taken into custody by the Mahawela Police and was to be produced in Court.
