Dr. Saman Weerasinghe felicitated

Dr. Saman Weerasinghe, who was recently conferred with the prestigious Order of Friendship by the President of the Russian Federation, H.E. Vladimir Putin, was ceremonially felicitated yesterday at the Sri Kalyani Raja Maha Vihara, Kelaniya. The felicitation was organized by the Dayaka Sabha of the temple and graced by the Chief Incumbent of Kelaniya Viharaya, Most Ven. Emeritus Prof. Kollupitiye Mahinda Sangharakkitha Nayaka Thero, the Chief Incumbent of Atamasthana, Most Ven. Dr Pallegama Hemarathana Nayaka Thero, and the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Sri Lanka, H.E. Mr. Levan S.
