What the hell is this? Is this the free healthcare system that our politicians praise? Patients have to go begging for a transplant. Politicians fly to Singapore for surgery. The health system in Sri Lanka is completely eroded and corrupt through and through. The only thing that helps here is compulsory health insurance for everyone whose contributions have to be based on income. For poor people who cannot afford the contributions, the state has to pay the minimum contribution.
