Tilak Samarawickrema Rekha PRSFG

Tilak Samarawickrema recently held the opening of his new solo exhibition, ‘Rekha’, at PRSFG. It brought together his tapestries, line drawings, etchings, animated film and sculptural work created between 1970 - 2025, celebrating the depth of his multidisciplinary practice. The artist’s design contributions extend to the textile sector, having revitalized Sri Lankan crafts with his work at the National Design Center of Sri Lanka and collaboration with traditional weavers in Talagune, Uda Dumbara.
