Cinnamon Grand Colombo’s iconic London Grill kicked off its 50th anniversary celebrations with an exclusive preview dinner, offering a first taste of its upcoming Swiss Culinary Promotion. Taking place from 1st to 9th August, the promotion promises a week of authentic Swiss flavours, brought to life by visiting Chef Florian Gerber.
The intimate evening, hosted by Hi TV and Cinnamon Grand, saw a curated guest list of food lovers, media personalities, and friends of the hotel gather to experience an elegant five-course menu designed to transport diners straight to the heart of Switzerland.
It was a night that celebrated tradition, flavour, and timeless hospitality - all hallmarks of London Grill’s storied legacy in Colombo’s fine dining scene.
The evening’s menu featured:
- A Grisons Platter with a variety of Swiss cheeses to start
- The comforting warmth of Aargauer Carrot Soup
- A decadent and perfectly creamy Cheese Fondue
- Classic Chicken Zürich‑Style with Rösti
