Sunset of Illusions Debut Novel of C. M. Fernando

Sunset of Illusions, the debut novel of C. M. Fernando was launched to the public recently, at the Royal Colombo Golf Club. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he claims that the story of his debut novel stemmed from a deep personal reflection on the conflict that scarred Sri Lanka for decades. Through the story the author attempts to explore a truth that is often overlooked in conflicts - the existence of multiple realities to every situation.
