Ladies’ College Music Fest ‘25 125th Anniversary

Ladies’ College recently presented Music Fest ’25 to mark its 125th anniversary, which was produced by Anushka Abhayaratne. The festival united junior, middle, and upper school students in a dazzling showcase of Broadway and Disney favourites. From The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and Scheherazade to The King and I, Sister Act, and Bully, each performance brought energy, colour, and emotion to the stage. The Upper School closed with powerful excerpts from West Side Story, The Prince of Egypt, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and the lively Grease. Complete with vibrant costumes, choreography, and pre-show festivities, the event was a spectacular celebration of talent and tradition.
