Braised beef Rib
From the boldness of fire-grilled perfection to the finesse of coastal charm, The Guest List returned for its fifth edition - this time set against the elegant backdrop of Bistro des Marées at Cinnamon Life.
This edition brought a refined twist to our table — where French-inspired classics met a whisper of the ocean, all within Cinnamon Life’s newest culinary gem.
Bistro des Marées isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a feeling. With its contemporary European interiors and a menu that sings of the Mediterranean coast, it delivered an evening of flavour, finesse, and flawless hospitality.
We began with the delicate choice of Baked Crab, Salmon Rillettes, or a Beetroot and Goat Cheese Salad — each dish a quiet crescendo of texture and taste. The soups offered a comforting embrace of either Roasted Pumpkin with herb oil or the creamy elegance of White Mushroom topped with parmesan foam.
For mains, the room paused when the Beetroot Salmon Risotto made its entrance — a dish as beautiful as it was bold. Also on the spotlight menu were Gnocchi Parisienne in a lemon and parsley emulsion, and the indulgent Braised Beef Rib, served with grilled vegetables and creamy mash — each one a signature of precision and personality.
And of course, we ended the evening the only way one should — with Chocolate Tart, Tiramisu, or a silky Coconut Crème Brûlée, kissed with chocolate biscotti. Because every good night deserves a decadent ending.
Wine was poured, stories were shared, and a few guests may or may not have asked for seconds (we won’t name names). But as always, The Guest List wasn’t just about food — it was about connection, curation, and crafting moments that linger long after the last bite.
