AGED Steakhouse Grill



Cinnamon Grand Colombo together with Danu Innasithamby Head of channel Hi TV - had an exclusive curated dining event at the legendary London Grill, where Europe’s acclaimed AGED Steakhouse Grill joined forces with Chef Azam Riyard.

From the very first bite, we knew this was a one-of-a-kind experience. The Dynamite Shrimps set the tone — golden, crisp, with just the right kick of heat. The bao buns were a playful surprise, each one filled with bold flavours from pulled BBQ beef to seeni sambol and dynamite shrimp.

Then came the star of the evening — the Butcher’s Block. A decadent selection of dry-aged cuts, cooked to perfection, paired with truffle mashed potatoes, vibrant vegetables, and sauces that tied it all together — from chimichurri to a silky artisanal peppercorn.

And just when we thought we couldn’t possibly indulge more, the desserts arrived. The chocolate brownie with kithul jaggery and Madagascar vanilla gelato was pure indulgence, while the churros with dulce de leche gave the evening a sweet, comforting finish.
