Rapoo, a Chinese manufacturer of wireless IT peripherals, showcased its product range through its sole authorized distributor, Eternal Asia Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd, at a dealer convention event held in Colombo.
The event named as the ‘Rapoo Revolution’ highlighted some of its products such as power banks, headphones, keyboards, mice and other devices.
Eternal Asia General Manager Rehaab Affan said that Rapoo products offer unique features at an affordable price with above industry standard after-sales services and warranties when compared with other brands in the market.
“Rapoo is the only brand in Sri Lanka that gives a two-year warranty with one-to-one replacement for their products while each product also has its own benefits and advantages,” he said.
Its gaming products include optical gaming mouse, illuminated gaming headset, mechanical gaming keyboard and backlit gaming keyboard and optical mouse etc.
Head of Sales Mukesh Chaudhary said that they are the number one local brand in China and they are present in 62 countries through 85 distributors.
He said that they are strong in research and development (R&D), which keeps on finding new designs and technology.
Sharing some of their strengths, he said that they have the slimmest keyboard across the competition, new designs and innovations, long battery life, winner of various design awards and sustainable manufacturing.
He also said that in their factory in China, they have the capacity of making seven million devices for a month.
Rapoo’s Regional Sales Head said that they have made several achievements in Sri Lanka.
He said that they will keep investing in the market and will introduce more products and technology in the future.
Rapoo, established in 2002, was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 002577) in May 2011 in China.
Eternal Asia is a multinational public listed company focused on fully-fledged IT distribution while being headquartered in Singapore and has been in operation in Sri Lanka for the past three years.
Eternal Asia was appointed as the distributor for Rapoo in 2014.
