We will not vote against head of expenditure of Prez: Harsha

Non Cabinet Minister of Economic Reforms and Public Distribution Dr. Harsha de Silva yesterday rebuffed claims by some party backbenchers that they would vote against the head of expenditure for the President’s office in the budget. 

 Dr. de Silva said the party had taken no such decision. He said the party would meet in the evening today (4) to discuss matters related to the budget.
