It is alleged that four women, two of them legally married, have claimed the body of a man who died in an accident on Monday night (20) at Kuliyapitiya.  The 59 year old victim Adikari Mudiyanse Arachchilage Premarathne was a resident of Polonnaruwa, had died in a head-on collision with two motorcycles at Labuyaya in Kuliyapitiya. He had died on admission to Kuliyapitiya Teaching Hospital.   

The rider of the other motorcycle involved in the accident had received serious injuries and was admitted to hospital.  

A spokesman for the hospital said four women have claimed the body.   OIC Traffic Branch SI Nalin Maheepala is conducting further investigations on the instructions of HQI Kuliyapitiya Police CI Vajira Indrajith.
