“Sri Lanka not short of knowledge”

Sri Lanka has ample knowledge and talent. Yet the saddest part is that neither the government nor the private sector seem to have tapped them to exploit their skills properly for the benefit of the country. At least in the future, “let’s employ the right person at the right time for the right job”.
