Shanujan guides St. Benedict’s to semis

A knock of 70 by Shanujan Shanmuganathan helped St. Benedict’s College to record a first innings win over Richmond College in the Under 19 Tier ‘A’ Division One inter-school quarter-final encounter played at the Army ground in Dombagoda which paved the way for them to book the berth to semi-final.

Shanujan’s knock saw St. Benedict’s taking first lease of the wicket make a score of 175 and Richmond in their turn was restricted for a score of 96.
