These type of cartoons and other posts mislead the general public. Why, it is the government ( of all hues and colours) that begged for financial help from IMF. IMF ( any other bank for that matter) would give money to resolve the problems in the country to recover that money. So, we must either reject IMF money or accept them with required conditions.
