What a waste of money. Countries (in this case NZ) should not have issued visas to these politicians when people in their country (Sri Lanka) is suffering. Well on the other hand its a lot of tourist money for NZ at the cost of poor Sri Lankan's cost. Dolly

The women MPS look happy and relaxed in the photos, hope they gained some valuable insights into the adaptability of the Kiwi, their self reliance and work ethic, their hands on approach to problems, their thrift, their innovative skills. How a small country with a small population has dealt with big problems successfully by adapting to their environment and being pragmatic

    Ranmuthu Wednesday, 02 August 2023 11:19 PM

No money for essential medicine but how did the government find Dollars for this frolicking jaunt.

I am not surprised about the rest of the group, but people like Harini's who give advice to others are surprised by the participation by approving such useless trips.

What a waste of money. If they want to learn they should study the progress made by Vietnam first by using there computers. Despite starting at a worse position compared to Sri Lanka, Vietnam has surpassed Sri Lanka over the past six years.
