Yes safety is a basic issue and a human right but killing and robbery wearing full face helmets are a violation of human rights of the innocent

Reasonable protest, I think the security should be given permission to shoot anyone entering any bank or institution with face covered in the first place...

I think the law must be that full face helmet can only wear if riding on the road and not while walking or other times.
