TO WARD OFF THIS TYPE OF BREAK DOWNS , THESE CAST IRON PIPES SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH POLYETHYLENE PIPES.

How did we manage to get through decades under SLFP governments without this kind of disruption to daily life? And why did this breakdown occur at such a special time for one of the minority groups?

May be Rajapakse's corrupt pipes. Low quality pipes subjected such breakdown .
