Nawam Perahara on its final day
The final day of the Annual Navam Perahera was held in Colombo, featuring vibrant traditional drummers, dancers, and whip-crackers who added color to the grand procession. Minister of Buddhasasana and Cultural Affairs Sunil Senavi keeps the sacred casket on the elephant just before the Nawam Perahera began parading the streets for the final day.
