WE THE MAJORITY WHO VOTED ANURA/NPP INTO POWER HAVE SOME ADVICE TO THE PRESIDENT, WE ARE AWARE OF THE SAYING " ALL WORK AND NO PLAY MAKES JACK A DULL BOY AND GILL A DULL GIRL". HOWEVER, PLEASE SIT BACK AND START TAKING SERIOUS NOTE ON WHAT IS BEING SAID AND WHAT IS BEING REPORTED BY ALL IN GOVERNMENT. THE ABOVE ONLY GIVES THE IMPRESSION THAT PRIORITIES ARE NOT IN PLACE. YES!, THE POLITICIANS CAN HAVE SPORTS ACTIVITIES AS A TEAM AND OR PARTLY, BUT LET US NOT SEE TOURNAMENTS IN PARLIAMENT. SPORTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES SHOULD BE HAD WE SUPPORT THIS, BUT MAKING A SHOW OUT OF IT, ESPECIALLY IN THIS HOUR OF NEED IS NOT THE BEST OF IDEAS.

They can play table tennis or whatever they want to play. But they can’t play hide and seek with the people. Now the budget episode is over. The people who cast their ballot in order to elect these parliamentarians are having bunch of expectations. Therefore these parliamentarians should be committed to accomplish the expectations of the people instead of participating in the double events

You will never see this happen in any western government. Not to be negative or anything but this is not what the voters expect from elected officials who are on the clock. Leave the games for the weekend on your personal time but not on paid time.

I think it is a positive sign that these MPs are spending some time for sports. Being physically fit is required for improving individual efficiency, previously we have seen only those who ate to their nose from the Parliament cafeteria and they became totally unfit and some could not even move properly. Well done. A physically fit persons think clearly.
