Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera is seen finalising the budget together with Treasury Secretary Dr. R.H.S. Samaratunga. The budget is due to be presented in parliament tomorrow.

Well, its Notta Budget!!?? Simply EXPENSES are Double the gov't Revenue!!! Gov't going to bridge the monumental Deficit by obtaining LOANS and Issuing MORE Sovereign Bonds, Panda Bonds And Samurai Bonds !!!
