Well done. I hope the citizens in the town region too keep the roads clean. Jaffna needs a few clean public toilets, running water drainage canals, safely covered drains and pavements. Over to you Medical Officer of health, Jaffna Municipality.

Arrange those with minor offences to carry out coastal cleanups after they have done some time in prison. It’s definitely assist in ensuring most coastal areas are kept reasonably clean!
