A blood donation campaign was held at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH) today. The event was held in memory of late Prime Ministers S.W.R.D. Bandaranaike and Sirimavo Bandaranaike and former Speaker of the parliament late Anura Bandaranaike. Pix by Nisal Baduge

Wow, the government only takes from the people, never gives back. Bravo to the donors. I imagine this donated Blood will be sold to needed patients.

Bandaranayake is the first one yo destroy Sri Lanka that has a promising future at that time. While his children were given English education abroad he made other children to learn only Sinhala. His actions alienated Tamils who stood against it. But eventually, Banda managed to play the racist and markxist card to put an end to that promising future of stories Lanka. Those who give blood here are giving blood for the patients and Banda will not get any benefit out if it.

Giving blood for poor needy people is a good deed! However, These three Banda's destroyed the whole of SL - Bandee destroyed the Senate and created the family;ly ties in politics - As a result now any one can be appointed after kicking out and rejecting by people! Bandas Drank of blood from SL people - now supporters returning!
