Citrus subsidiary to manage hotel

Citrus Silver Limited, a subsidiary of Citrus Leisure PLC has entered into a sub lease agreement with George Steuart and Company Limited worth Rs.132.3 million to manage The Steuart by Citrus. 
The management agreement will stand for two years, and can be extended to another two years at the expiry of the initial term. 
George Steuart and Company Limited is a subsidiary of Divasa Equity (Pvt) Limited, which owns 9.92 percent of Citrus Leisure PLC.
And also George Steuart is the single largest shareholder of Citrus Leisure PLC, holding 28.45 percent of the issued shares of the company.
