The Grand receives national construction excellence recognition

Prime Lands Residencies PLC announced that The Grand – Ward Place, its landmark luxury apartment development in Colombo 7, was recently recognised at the Sri Lanka National Construction Awards, organised by the Construction Industry Development Authority.

The recognition was conferred in acknowledgement of the project’s outstanding construction excellence, with MAGA Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd serving as the main contractor responsible for the successful execution of the development.

In addition, the architects and civil and structural engineering consultants associated with The Grand – Ward Place were also recognised for their valuable professional contributions to the disciplines of architecture and engineering, further reinforcing the strong technical standards and collaborative excellence achieved in the successful delivery of this landmark project.

The Grand – Ward Place is now fully sold out, having been successfully completed and handed over to its residents, marking a significant milestone for the development. The achievement further reinforces Prime Lands Residencies’ track record of delivering completed residential projects as promised.
