Sysco LABS’ Shanthi Rajesh joins SLASSCOM panel on diversity in technology

Panel comprised of senior female industry leaders discussing opportunities for growth and development

Sysco LABS was represented at SLASSCOM Women in Tech Conference 2025 by Sysco Director Cybersecurity, Sysco LABS and Business Information Security Officer APAC Shanthi Rajesh, who joined an expert panel discussion on ‘Closing the Gender Gap in Tech: Strategies, Policies and Workplace Innovation for Equity’.

Held at Cinnamon Grand Colombo, the conference brought together professionals, entrepreneurs and emerging talent to discuss the challenges and opportunities for women in the tech industry. 

Drawing on over 21 years of experience in successfully spearheading IT security programme initiatives for organisations, Shanthi shared insights on fostering gender diversity, building inclusive workplace policies and overcoming barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field.
