SLT-Mobitel opened its newly modernized outlets in Maharagama and Battaramulla recently.

The refurbished centres now operate with extended business hoursfrom 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. on weekdays and 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. 

on Saturdays.

These retail touchpoint timings offer consumers greater flexibility to access SLT-Mobitel’s comprehensive portfolio of fixed, mobile, broadband, enterprise, and digital services.  

In line with SLT-Mobitel’s vision of embracing digital innovation, the branches feature a digital queue management system to minimise waiting times and ensure an organised service flow.A customer service appointment booking facilityallows visitors to pre-schedule their service time for added convenience.
