SDB bank honours employee achievements at Annual Business Awards

SDB bank recently hosted the SDB bank Annual Business Awards to honour and appreciate the outstanding contributions of its employees for their remarkable performance in 2024. 

This event highlighted the Bank’s commitment to fostering a motivating work environment and celebrating employees’ invaluable role in driving its success.

According to last year’s business performance, the SDB bank Kalutara branch stood out as the overall best-performing branch, exemplifying remarkable dedication and achievement. Additionally, the Central, North Western, and North Central regions emerged as the winners, 1st runners-up, and 2nd runners-up, respectively, under the best-performing regions category, reflecting the collective efforts and commitment of teams across the organization. Additionally, over 30 award categories and appreciation awards to all the supporting departments were presented during the awards night.
