Polythene protest!

Polythene manufacturers yesterday staged a protest in Colombo against the impending ban on producing, selling and usage of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with effect from September 1. They claim the Rs.13 billion HDPE manufacturing industry employs almost 350,000 people
