LOLC Finance PLC strengthened its nationwide network with the recent inauguration of a new branch in Angunakolapalassa, complemented by the strategic relocation of its Baddegama and Divulapitiya branches.

Situated on Middeniya Road in Angunakolapalassa, the newly inaugurated branch was officially opened at a ceremony attended by LOLC Finance Executive Director and CEO Krishan Thilakaratne, along with the company’s management team.
The new branch marks a significant progression in LOLC Finance’s expansion strategy, extending its reach into emerging economic regions.
Located in an area with growing commercial and agricultural activity, the branch will provide structured financial solutions to individuals, entrepreneurs and small and medium-scale enterprises, catering to their evolving financial needs.
Simultaneously, the relocation of the Baddegama and Divulapitiya branches reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to optimise its branch network, offering improved infrastructure and enhanced accessibility to serve customers more efficiently.
The Baddegama branch officially reopened at BMS Building, Baddegama. The ceremony was attended by Chief Recovery Officer Nihal Weerapana and Head of SME and Personal Finance Charith Jagoda, alongside the company representatives and staff.
The upgraded premises are designed to provide the customers with a more convenient and accessible environment, supporting the area’s growing economic activity.
The Divulapitiya branch reopened at No. 67, Minuwangoda Road, Divulapitiya, with LOLC Finance Chief Operating Officer Montini Warnakula in attendance.
The enhanced facilities aim to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensuring smooth access to the company’s comprehensive range of financial services.
