Janashakthi Finance’s tuk campaign triumphs at SLIM DIGIS 2.5 Awards 2025

Janashakthi Finance PLC, formerly Orient Finance PLC and a subsidiary of JXG (Janashakthi Group), announced its recognition at the prestigious SLIM DIGIS 2.5 Awards 2025. 

The wins reaffirm its position as a digitally driven, innovative and customer-first financial solutions provider in Sri Lanka’s non-banking financial services sector.

The company secured two Silver awards at this year’s ceremony: Silver award for Digital/Social Platform Integration and Silver award for Best Use of Digital in a Marketing Campaign for Banking, Finance and Insurance Brands. These honours were in recognition of the company’s ‘Tuk Sagaya’ campaign, an all-island initiative launched in October 2024 that stood out for its cultural relevance, creative storytelling and digital-first execution.

Celebrating the tuk-tuk community, an integral part of Sri Lankan life – the campaign positioned Janashakthi Finance not only as a financial service provider but also as a reliable partner enabling livelihoods and empowering journeys. Through a mix of Facebook, Instagram, traditional media and on-ground activations, the campaign built stronger emotional connections with customers islandwide.
