InsureMe Insurance Brokers to debut on CSE’s Empower Board

InsureMe Insurance Brokers Ltd is gearing up for its market debut, with the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) granting in-principle approval for the listing of its ordinary voting shares on the Empower Board.

The company will list 2,055,290 ordinary voting shares through an introduction, signalling its entry to the public market without raising new capital at this stage. The CSE said soft copies of the Introductory Document have been made available to all trading participants from today.

According to the exchange, InsureMe’s shares will be granted a listing on or before the third market day following the receipt of the company’s Declaration. The final listing date is yet to be finalised.
