INSEE Sanstha Cement honoured at SLIM Kantar People’s Awards 2026

• Celebrates 15-year winning streak powered by consumer trust 

INSEE Sanstha Cement has once again been crowned the People’s Housing and Construction Brand of the Year at SLIM Kantar People’s Awards 2026, achieving an unprecedented milestone of 15 consecutive wins. 

The outstanding achievement reflects the brand’s enduring leadership in Sri Lanka’s housing and construction sector, reinforced by the trust of generations of builders, contractors, masons, engineers and homeowners who continue to choose Sanstha as their preferred cement brand primarily for concreting and a wide range of construction applications.

As Sri Lanka’s only fully integrated cement manufacturer, INSEE Sanstha has consistently pioneered industry standards through the introduction of advanced technologies. The brand was the first in the country to launch Portland Composite Cement, offering enhanced strength and improved sustainability for a wide range of construction applications. 

INSEE Sanstha is also the only company in Sri Lanka to achieve Environmental Product Declarations for its products, along with securing the prestigious 5-Star Green Label certification from the Green Building Council. 

Further reinforcing leadership in sustainable practices, INSEE became the first cement manufacturer in Sri Lanka to receive the ‘EcoLabel’ certification from the National Cleaner Production Centre.
