HNB felicitates employees completed 25 years of service

HNB PLC organised a ceremony recently to felicitate its employees who completed 25 years of service at the bank.

HNB organised a gala event to recognise 160 employees who had joined in 1999/2000. This highly anticipated event was attended by HNB Managing Director and CEO Damith Pallewatte, SVP/Chief Human Resources Officer K. Indravasan and other members of the corporate management.

These employees were presented with a two sovereign gold coin and a plaque in appreciation of their services and support to HNB for over a quarter of a century. The evening ended on a high note with fellowship and dinner for the employees and their spouses, with entertainment and music.

“We are delighted to celebrate the loyal service of our employees who have been with us for a quarter of a century. This is a celebration of trust and partnership and we are privileged to recognise the dedicated service of these individuals. 

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to their spouses for their constant support. Our long-serving employees possess a wealth of experience and it is vital that this knowledge is shared with the new generation of HNB staff who have joined us since then.
