Great Place To Work Sri Lanka unveiled its flagship Regional Conference 2025, set to take place on September 23, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Grand Ballroom, Hilton Colombo.

This highly anticipated annual gathering will bring together industry leaders, visionaries and changemakers under the theme ‘Culture Capital – Building Trust, Empowering People, Driving Performance’.

Great Place To Work Sri Lanka Chief Executive Officer Kshanika Ratnayaka explained, “This theme is especially relevant in 2025, as organisations across the globe face a complex talent landscape, where purpose, belonging, inclusion and trust are non-negotiable. In this context, culture capital is no longer a ‘nice-to-have’; it is a strategic asset and a critical source of resilience and performance. Culture capital refers to the collective behaviours, values, relationships and lived experiences that define an organisation’s identity and shape how its people engage and perform. It is intangible yet immensely powerful, influencing everything from employee trust and retention to innovation and long-term business outcomes.”

She added, “By placing culture capital: trust | people | performance at the heart of this year’s regional conference, we are sending a clear message — that culture is not just a concept but a measurable, strategic asset that fuels both employee experience and business growth. Our goal is to inspire leaders to intentionally build inclusive, trust-driven workplaces where people can thrive and perform at their best. This theme is not just timely — it’s transformative. It sets the tone for a future where culture is no longer an after-thought but the foundation of enduring success. Therefore, at Great Place To Work, we believe culture is the new currency of success and as such, this conference is a call to reframe culture not as a cost but as a core asset but one that drives growth, resilience and transformation in the future of work.”

The keynote speakers for the event are Mimi Nicklin, bestselling author and global keynote speaker, empathy leadership and culture and Nitin Goil, global leadership advisor and founder of Innergy Asia.
