ComBank dominates LMD’s 2025 gala with highest number of awards

Commercial Bank of Ceylon reaffirmed its status as one of Sri Lanka’s top corporate entities when it led the field with six awards at the prestigious LMD Awards Night 2025.

In 2024, LMD ranked Commercial Bank the Most Awarded Corporate Entity in Sri Lanka for the second consecutive year, on the basis of a total of 115 awards won by the bank in that year, according to the magazine’s research and verification by the company. 

LMD said its study involved the compilation of a comprehensive list of awards won by entities featured in LMD’s special editions in that year – Brands Annual, Most Respected, Corporate Life (which included the Corporate Happiness Index or CHI and Best Workplaces in Sri Lanka) and LMD 100.
