The Sri Lanka Export Development Board (SLEDB) has proposed the development of a high-quality promotional video for the apparel sector. The key objective of the promotional effort is to take the Sri Lankan apparel industry to the global stage.

The EDB has invited bids from qualified and eligible bidders to select a suitable service provider to produce a promotional video.

The bidding process will be conducted following the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure as defined by the procurement guidelines of the government. The process is open to all eligible bidders who meet the qualification requirements mentioned in the procurement guidelines document.

The procurement documentis made available the SLEDB website. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 is required to consider an eligible bid. The fee should be paid to the bank account details specified in the bid document, and a copy of the payment slip or receipt must be attached to the proposal.

The EDB cautioned that any proposal submitted without this payment slip or receipt will not be considered for evaluation.

The deadline for submission is set for 13 October, 2.00 pm. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 50,000.00.

Submitted bids will be valid for a period of 49 days from the given date of the deadline.
