Social Media activist Darshana Handungoda was arrested by a special team of the Computer Crimes Investigation Division upon his arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) from Dubai last night, Police said.
Police Spokesman Nihal Thalduwa said he was arrested on charges of posting a live video on social media opposite the Temple Trees at a date close to the Aragalaya protesters taking over the premises.
The Spokesman said he had been summoned before the Computer Crimes Investigation Division in Colombo on two occasions before he left for Dubai. (T.K.G. Kapila)

Not t all. But did you watch his broadcast out side the Temple Trees that night. He was inciting violence. He wanted to see it burning down. I didnot expect it from a journalist like him. That was an appauling act. He should be brought to justice for that. But on other videos he was very good pointing out fraud and corruption among ppoliticians
