The ex-ruler should also be named as the main culprit for not taking legal action against those who are named in the Pandiora papers and allowing his cousin sister to flee the country after appointing a bogus commission at the request of her husband and its report is a mystery up to now and wonder if any future government in the opposition would resuscitate it.

The group must present supporting documents of corruption from 2009 to 2023. I think JVP will have complete records.Court proceedings must be witnessed by Donor Agencies as well including IMF.May be Basil knowing the date of hearing already escaped. This is his usual tactics. Can't understand why our Judiciaries removed his foreign travel ban

Bring Bandaranayake family, Premadasa Family, Jayawardena family, along with Rajapakshas to face it instead of just focusing on 2 persons. And JVP also for the utter destruction of everything.

Kumara Ilangasinghe Tuesday, 09 May 2023 07:24 AM

Likely verdict will be "Nidhos kota Nidahas" as usual. Sad but true.

There were more members when cabinet decisions were taken, but the only person who proposed decisions and ordered those decisions to be executed is Gotapaiya, while others were puppet and hand raisers.
