Please finish 2 stroke engines first, which poses an environmental hazard than 4 stroke.

First the Srilankan government should bring new laws to control the sound pollution, Which dose not cost any thing. Most of the vehicles have changed the silencers or going around with loud music. Next for every event ,people using loud speakers in residential areas.

how about claim all old 2 stroke and unusable tuk tuks, old unusable busses, trucks strip off all paints, oils and mechanical studd (we do have more than enough enemployed population and skills), then submerge all these around costal areas to promote coral growth

The electricity network won't be able to handle the conversion. Charging point require heavy cables and a different infrastructure. Higher demand requires more fuel for the fuel driven power plants etc. SL isn't ready for such conversion. On top of that like others have pointed out, best to convert 2 stroke tuks first but I guess that's the Sri Lankan Soft logic...

Please do something for the private and CTB bus as well, I think this is a right time to do research and find better solution before it’s too late, most of the buses releasing very dark and black smoke which could be very harm to the environment, please do something before it’s to late….

Not a prudent decision at present as electricity charges are also increasing. It will do no good for the general public
