This is not the first case of using wrong drugs. So many deaths happened but still under investigation status. Even this analysis will take a long time to receive. On the other hand if a person does a petty theft like robbing a coconut from a shop is immediately apprehended and dealt by the Police. So where are we heading......Why are the hospital authorities and the doctors silent about it.

It appears that the drug was administered from two vials to make for the prescribed dose. After administering of the first vial, the girl had complained about discomfort, particularly the smarting of eyes. It has been informed to the nurse, when she came with the second vial. The nurse had disregarded and administered the second dose. This is criminal negligence on the part of the nurse, who should have informed a doctor before the second half of the dose.

Nothing to with quality of medicine or her condition. It's allergic reaction. Standard procedure is to check for allergies before administering medicine. Instead of giving antidote patient received further medicine which caused allergy in the first place.

It is proven that most doctors are going behind the money, but people are losing their lives in vain to make such doctors RICH. This is an undeniable fact, I say.
