Thirteen Sri Lankan tourists were taken ill after consuming allegedly contaminated food Balrampur, police said. The condition of three of them is stated to be critical. The tourists, who were staying in a hotel Balrampur, were taken ill after taking breakfast and were admitted to the district hospital.
