SLR is becoming a hell. Today morning, I went to buy a intercity ticket form Kandy to Colombo. The ticketing officer at Kandy station informed me that there are few tickets left and he cannot issues a ticket to me that time (he was busy.....), and instead he asked me to buy it over mobile phone. So, I have to pay an extra Rs.60 to book it through a private mobile phone operator. How can this idiot refuse to issue tickets over the counters ?. At the end, we are helpless

Public should start absent from work campaign country wide. Hell might have been better than the existing transport system.
