Dear Nisi Baladari Thana! This is observed in SL roads that many nice suv's and luxury vehicles carried out state symbols/ emergency headlamps/ horns and other various VIP stickers without any validity. But it seems there ant any VIP person in that vehicle and they just want to show it public and get away from traffic and check points. Why cant security divisions can't have a common policy to so called VIP's a code or serial number mentioned it is so and so. So anyone knows it.
