Singapore won the Asian Netball Championship defeating Sri Lanka 48-47 in the final played at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium a short while ago

It was a great game. After all the big wins which our team came out with, the Singaporeans adjusted and changed their game.

We should have finished better.
The consolation is that Singapore stands ahead of us in the world netball table.

Singapore won because of our mistakes.Our girls made many handling mistakes.At the dying stages of the game, the ball went to Tharji's hands but she couldn't get control of as asnigapore player tried to get it and she went out of the line.That was the last chance we had, if she succeeded in turning it toa point we would definetely be the winners .Singapore can't match with us.Its pure bad luck. Wish all the best for our team to get it back next time
