What has he done to search so much, in which case better check all teenagers laptops for Pornos, nude photos etc. It is his parents who should check it. University staff has no right to check his hard drive. Police has a right to check and present to a courts if he has committed a Crime. If the boy is reading this fight for your rights. Go and tell Udaya Gammanpila to represent your case and get compensation.If Child Porno is there it is illegal to down load Child Porno(unfotunately it is not illegal to have such Web Sites because they are done in the West or their allies in the East).

EVEN if the boy was intentionally or fancifully downloading nude pics and Youtube porn, it has NO RELEVANCE TO THE CASE. As per DNA, he is not involved in this case full stop. Unless, the Magistrate wants to start a purge on all secret porn viewers.
