Three wheelers are a sign of under development. A menace to society. Should be eliminated. Worst is some of these low Budjet tourists (we mostly get them) feel this cheap 3 wheeler is symbolic of this country. Servesthe victim right for ususing 3 wheelers.

Licence all three wheeler drivers with Taxi Photo ID.
Should they be convicted of a crime, cancel their licence for life - simple!

There are way too many of them on the road and they need to be controlled. Most of them are thugs from the area and have no regard for other including their passengers.
