As President,who is being neutral in this forthcoming elections,the as head of the SLFP it is only right that he hands over the chairmanship to another senior in the party who should be allowed to convene and discuss strtagies the party should take to improve their chances at the election.This prevention will only help the UNP gain its ends by controlling opposition.
