He is an idiot already and also he thinks people can be fooled everyday. It will never happen. It is very clear that IGP will not take action unless MR tell him. So IGP does not know his duties,and he must be a "Yes sir,Yes sir,three bags full sir, man.Do not give up and let big guy and brothers play the fool any more. Enough is enough.
